EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
• We are looking to re-capitalise the Company with the $650,000 cash injection to take advantage of the following. The $650,000 will be used as working capital to take the Company to the next level on its path to a projected IPO in the future. There may be an opportunity to take up another 10% of the Company shares as we progress.
• A structural change has occurred in the Air-conditioning industry throughout the world.
Many Air-conditioners sold in the market today have become outdated due to the refrigerants currently used.
