Cunnamulla is based in South West Queensland, it is the main junction between Queensland, NSW, and SA. Both retirees, and young families would feel right at home here. There is a brilliant health care center, hospital, schools, free activities daily for all ages, pubs, coffee shops, clothes shops, sports & shoe shop, and if you are looking for work, there is plenty of businesses looking for you. Sporting clubs available include bowls, golf, swimming club (50m pool that still only costs $2 to use), tennis, clay target, football, triathlon, cycling, cricket, walking, fishing & a free gym run by the health center.
To add to this great little town, we have also become the unofficial artesian spa capital of Australia, with the brand new $12,000,000 Cunnamulla Hot Springs opening this year, bringing a boost to the local tourism season, which runs from March through to October each year. The region also has many other artesian bathing and camping sites including the gold grey nomad winner "Charlotte Plains", Eulo Mud Baths, Yowah Springs, plus many more.
Bowra Sanctuary, a bird and wildlife sanctuary is located just out of town and attracts birdwatchers from all over the world.
The Warrego River meanders past the town, and is a fantastic free playground for everyone, the water hole next to Cunnamulla has never run dry.
The House is set on the best street in town. It is a double block with 2024 meters sq, fully fenced.
House has three bedrooms, lounge, renovated kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet and large undercover outdoor area with a concrete slab. Main bedroom has a small outdoor area through double glass sliding doors for parents retreat and a walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom has walk in closet as well. Small garden shed at rear of house.
