Back then, you could build to 9m and despite the price tag, these owners went for it, chasing as much view as they could get from a sneak peak of the Lake to the extreme North to Blacksmiths Beach and Redhead Bluff, through to Stockton Beach and Mount Tomaree, all the way up at Port Stephens.
The big beach views to Frenchman's famous surf break and breaking waves and sand right out front of the surf club made them feel like they were almost in the water from their decks.
To the south Spoon Rocks Beach and National Park feature, creating a panorama of view you can never grow tired of looking at.
