Shed 4: large work shed: 27m x 10m, with rear yard 30m x 9m- contains 7 bays, 10 roller doors, 2 sliding doors with 3.3m clearance. Currently leased out to 3 tenants, one using 3 bays and the other 2 each leasing out 2 bays.
